We offer a professional ring resizing service to ensure your piece fits perfectly. This service takes approximately 4 weeks and costs £50, including delivery. Alternatively, you may visit a trusted local jeweller for resizing.
Delivery times depend on availability:
- In-stock items: Approximately 7 working days
- Made-to-order or out-of-stock items: 14 - 28 days
You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.
As each piece is personalised and engraved to your specification, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty. Every item undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.
All our pieces comply with UK hallmarking regulations. Some lighter items may not require hallmarking due to legal weight exemptions.

Each piece has specific engraving limitations to maintain design integrity. Unfortunately, we cannot exceed character limits or engrave outside designated areas.
Please contact us immediately if you need to amend your engraving. If production has not started, we can update it. Once engraving is complete, additional charges will apply for changes.
