Orders & Amendments 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after purchase. If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folder.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

• Orders can be cancelled within one hour of purchase, or before 12 pm the next working day if placed outside business hours
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be amended

Pricing Information

• All prices are listed in GBP (£)
• International customers should check exchange rates and any bank charges prior to purchase
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or cancel orders in the event of errors or misprints
• If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or provide a full refund

Promotional Codes

• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Promo codes exclude sale items
• Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively
