Silver and gold should be gently polished using a soft jewellery cloth, available from reputable jewellery retailers and online. Silver, in particular, may tarnish when not worn regularly - this is entirely normal.

All precious metals, including silver, gold, and platinum, naturally develop light scratches and surface wear over time. Rings, especially, may lose their high polish with daily wear.
