Delivery Information 

We are pleased to offer secure, fully tracked delivery across the United Kingdom.

  • UK Delivery Only: All delivery addresses must be within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  • Restricted Addresses: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or secure parcel lockers. Deliveries to multi-occupancy residences (such as university halls) are made at the customer’s risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost items in these locations.
  • Tracked & Signed Delivery: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using a tracked and signed service for your peace of mind.
  • Dispatch Times:

- Most jewellery pieces are dispatched within 10 working days of receiving full payment 
- Platinum and selected gold pieces: up to 4 weeks, reflecting the craftsmanship involved

While we always strive to ensure a seamless delivery experience, please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable UK rate.

Returns Policy – Bespoke & Personalised Jewellery

As each piece of jewellery is custom-made, engraved, and tailored specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we offer the following assurances:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or credit, provided it is returned unused within 28 days
  • Ring Sizing Guarantee: Additional resizing services available from £50

Additional Delivery Information

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to amend delivery details. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by external factors such as weather or courier disruptions.
